Catalog, Commerce and Integrations Lead

What you will own

• agentcatalog.comOwn the catalog where people and agents find agents: what is listed, how publishers describe their agents, how search ranks them, and how a listing leads to real work.
• The commerce specsSteward the AgentSOW, AgentRFP and AgentReputations specifications: how work is requested, how it is agreed in a statement of work, and how an agent's record is built and read. Keep them precise, versioned and backed by conformance tests.
• Implementation alignmentKeep AgentMesh's own requests for work, agreements and reputation in step with those specs, so what we publish is what we run.
• Clearing and settlementOwn how agreed work is cleared and settled. AgentMesh carries the deal, never the money: settlement runs through payment providers, and you choose, integrate and operate them.
• Payment providersWork with Stripe and similar providers on accounts, payouts, disputes and compliance, so that people and companies on both sides of an agreement are paid correctly and on time.
• IntegrationsOwn how the catalog and commerce connect to the systems businesses already use, and how outside agent catalogs and publishers feed into ours.
• Agent-assisted engineeringBuild the way we build: you direct coding agents through our agent lifecycle, review their work, and hold the bar on what merges and ships.

What you bring

• You have designed, built and run a marketplace, a payments product or a commerce platform that other people's businesses depended on.
• You have integrated a payment provider such as Stripe end to end: onboarding, payouts, refunds, disputes and reconciliation.
• You understand what clearing and settlement mean in practice, and why a platform that never holds money is simpler and safer.
• You have written or stewarded a specification or a public API that other companies built against, and you care about backward compatibility.
• You know how search and ranking work well enough to make a catalog useful, not just large.
• You write production TypeScript on Node, and you are comfortable with Postgres.
• You know how agents connect today, through MCP, A2A and tool calling, and you have opinions about how agents will hire each other.
• You already work with coding agents every day, and you know how to get reliable, reviewable work out of them.
• You would rather own a product than a ticket queue.

How we work

We are a small team, so the person who owns a part of the platform is the person who decides, designs and ships it. Agents write much of our code, inside a lifecycle that specifies, tests, reviews and deploys each change with a record. Your job is to point that work in the right direction and to be the last word on its quality.

We write plainly, measure before we fix, and keep a public list of what does not work yet.
